As the 1st semester comes to a close, please make note of the dates when grades are due.

December 17th - 8th – 2nd 9 Weeks/1st Semester Exams Administered
December 19th – 2nd 9 Weeks/ 1st Semester Grading Period Ends
- Grading Window Opens (Report Cards)
December 22nd - January 2nd – Christmas Break
- Grading Window Remains Open
January 5th – Staff Returns
January 6th – Students Return/2nd Semester Begins
- Grading Window Closes
- All Grades Posted by 12:00 PM
January 7th – Grade Verification Forms Distributed
January 12th – 2nd 9 Weeks/1st Semester Report Cards Distributed

Please ensure grades are entered and verified by the posted deadlines to support timely communication with families and distribution of report cards.
